  • What are Inkspell’s rights over the content submitted?

    Inkspell’s Decade awards is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Submission of any entry (including Campaigns, Films & Video entries) acknowledges the right of Inkspell to use it for exhibition, promotion and publication purposes in any medium.

  • What are the steps in completing the submission of an entry?

    Create an account/log in →Click on Submit Entry → Choose a category & sub-category → Fill in the details of the entry → Upload the project/work file or URL → Make Payment→ Repeat process for Multiple Entries.

  • How to register for Decade Awards 2020?

    Click on ‘Register’ Tab to create an account for Decade awards 2020. After creating the account use the user ID and password to Log-In. Select the Category and Sub-Category you wish to submit your entry for. Fill in the details, Save and Exit. You can edit it and make changes whenever required. Submit the entry and make the payment as per the stated deadlines.

  • Who can submit a nomination for Decade awards 2020?

    Anyone who has created an account can submit any number of entries across all categories after paying the required fee online. However, all entries must be original and the entrant must either own the work or have permission from a client or other appropriate party to enter the work, with all rights granted therein. In the event that an entrant without such rights submits an entry, the entrant will not be eligible for the competition.

  • What is the fee for submitting an Entry?
  • Who can create an account for Decade awards 2020?

    Any company, organization, institution, agency, consultancy, group or individual which has done any project that qualifies under any of the categories of awards within Decade awards can create an account. For the same company/entity, any number of entries can be made using the same account.

  • What should be the file format of the entry for submission?

    Any readable file format which clearly and comprehensively demonstrates the project/work in a way that it could be comprehended and assessed for judgment is accepted.

  • What is the last date for submission of an entry?

    Entries for nomination would only be accepted till 17th June 2020 – 2200 hours.

  • What are the payment options available?

    Online and Offline

  • Can the same company/agency submit more than one entry in the same category?

    Yes, the same company/agency can submit more than one entry in the same category. However, all the projects nominated should have been executed from 1 Jan 2010 –31 Dec 2020

  • Can the same project be submitted by both the company and the agency?

    The same project cannot be submitted separately by two different entities. However, any project could be submitted as a joint entry by two or more entities in unanimity

  • How do I avail bulk discount?

    Mail us the number of entries you are submitting at [email protected] and we shall generate a separate discounted PayU link for you

    Fill out all the forms you wish to submit and click on ‘save and submit’.

    Your forms will be saved in History dashboard.

    Select the forms for which you wish to make the payment from your History dashboard and click on make payment

    The applicable discount will be applied and you will be redirected to the payment gateway

  • Can I make changes after submitting the entry?

    Yes, you can make the desired changes by visiting your history dashboard and clicking on the edit button against the appropriate form ID. However, once the form is locked post submission and payment, you cannot make any changes.

  • What is the eligibility period to submit an entry in Decade Awards?

    All campaigns, products and services active Between  1 Jan 2010  –  31 Dec 2019 are eligible for submission as entries for The Decade Awards 2020.

  • What is the evaluation criteria for entries in Decade Awards?

    Entries across all Categories and Sub-categories (except Marketing Agency of the Decade) shall be evaluated on the following criteria: (10 points per criterion; 10 being the highest and 0 being the lowest that can be allotted):

    • Creativity and Innovation
    • Strategy and Execution
    • Disruption in the market
    • User experience/feedback/review
    • Impact/Reach
    • ROI/Results

     

    The Marketing Agency of the Decade (Independent/Network) Award shall honour the agency which supercedes the others in the Grand Score [GS]. The Grand Score of each agency shall be an aggregate of following:

    • The total number of entries made across all the categories of the Decade Awards 2020 (3 point per submitted entry).
    • The number of entries qualifying to the Top-5 nominations and their cumulative bonus points (5 points per nominated entry).
    • The number of Awards won by the agency and their cumulative bonus points (10 points per winning entry)
    • GS = [No. of Entries] X 3 + [No. of Nominations in top 5] X 5 + [No. of Winning Entries] X 10
